2nd exam ... halftime

Hi guys,

just wrote my 2nd exam for this semester. This time it was civil law, a complementary minor subject for my economics major.
And i've rocked it, well the exam was pretty easy and the topic fairly interesting, so I expected it to be good.
So, it's halftime now, 2 exams to got, another 8 days of studying day and night. I kind of really don't want to, but am motivated by all the free time I'll have after it.

I am currently planning a trip for my Holidays, I thought about a roadtrip trough eastern Europe, like old sovjet Russia: Rumania, Moldavia, Estonia, Belarus etc. Has anyone of you been there before? Any tips for what I have to see, where I must go to etc.?

The video today is, I hope it won't shock you, no jazz but minimal electro music by Paul Kalkbrenner. An outstanding artist from Berlin. Enjoy it

First exam this semester

Hello everyone,

I just came home from University, its Saturday and 10:30 AM here. Got up at 6am for some repetition and half a liter coffee. And all that on a Saturday... damn somehow the university thought it would be nice to schedule my first exam this term on a saturday at 8:30am. I honestly don't know what they were thinking. I mean, despite the fact that i normally don't  have any classes before 10am they just can't put an exam on a saturday, my body isn't prepped for that kind of stress on a weekend. thats freaking inhumane.

What's making the whole damn thing even worse is, that the exam i just wrote was "basics in business administration" ... i hate this class. it's nothing but peoples thoughts that you have to stupidly memorize... well i don't doubt the fact that their thoughts are somewhat usefull etc. ... but i just hate learning that way, thats why i decided not to study business administration but economics.

I really like the economics classes, well of course its human made too, but it can be statisticly proven and depends on mathematics, which makes it far more logical and seems much less made up by some dude from 1909 who thought that location factors should depend more on procurement than on distribution.

well anyway, it sucked and i hope that i somehow passed it anyway... but kind of doubt that. 1 1/2 weeks high intensity learning and 3 exams to go until i finally have holidays... for 2 months, thats worth working for ;)

Todays Video is Jazz again, i'm really into that at the moment. xDarkSadye  remebered me of a track i really used to love, but sadly forgot to listen to it over the months. It's Godot - The Fragrance of Dark Coffee.

Enjoy it, many of you will know that track... i can advise to open rainymood.com in a other tab, it's just unbelievably relaxing!

Statistics

Hi folks,
due to my heavy learning workload I only can afford very little time to blog.
But whats on my mind today is: Statistics (that topic is kind of related to what I'm supposed to be extensively studying at the moment.)

As rather boring at is can be as a subject at University as fun and interesting it can be if it's gathered and processed properly. Of course I do have a little example of that in form of my daily video!

What do you think about statistics? Have you had it in University or do you just like the statistics column in the newspaper?
