Jazz

Hi Guys,

I noticed that you liked the Jazz video from the last Post very much.
Well, I do like it to.. well wouldn't have posted it if i didn't.. but sadly I don't know anything about jazz, apart from that I enjoy listening to it.

And because I know nothing about it I, of course, don't know many jazz groups. In fact the Avishai Cohen Trio's CD is die only jazz CD in my possesion.

That's why I ask you to tell me what your favorite jazz group is, why they are, and what kind of jazz they play.

  2. Wes Montgomery is my favorite Jazz guitarist. Check him out if you really want to get into Jazz. I love the complexity, and kind of chaotic nature of Jazz.

  15. this is awesome. Theres this bar in L.A. that a friend and I used to go to all the time just to see this. It was some hole in the wall place that was in the midst of the ghetto, but they played the best music ive ever seen live.

  18. I might recommend "Jazz is Dead." As the name implies they're not really normal jazz, but it's wonderful to listen to. Or at least that's my opinion.

  21. I'll agree with what someone posted earlier and say, yes, I like the jazz blog more than dubstep. It's refreshing and there are a TON of unknown jazz bands out there that are VERY good.

    Much support!
